Responsibilities:
To develop and drive the fab quality assurance systems & processes to provide assurance to our customers
--Technical
1）Develop, implement in-process and operational audits to evaluate the adequacy of process control and compliance of internal and customer requirements
2）Conduct regular and ad-hoc audit to improve the quality system and verify effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions
3）Drive PA/CA on audit findings and root causes and resolve key audit findings.
4）Manage, and audit product release/ technology transfer and production qualification system.
--Innovation & Quality
1）Responsible and accountable for quality and integrity of work and analysis
2）Drive continuous improvement in quality, productivity, cost and safety of work processes and environment to achieve assigned section/department and/or company KPI
3）Ensure compliance to QMS/ ISMS related requirements
Leadership
Lead a technical cross-functional team to resolve quality-related issues and/or enhance assurance systems
Requirements:
1）Bachelor in Electronics / Electrical / Physics/ Mechanical/ Quality Management or equivalent
2）Practitioner in Quality Tools application e.g. QC 7 Tools, FMEA, SPC, 8D, etc.
Wafer fab experience will be an added advantage
3）Knowledge in management standards preferred, e.g. ISO 9001, IAF 16949, IEC/ ISO 27001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, VDA 6.3
4）Competent in Microsoft Business Applications
5）Strong Problem Solving Skills
